How to submit a headphone request?

If you own a specific headphone model that is not currently listed in the supported models list in the SoundID app, you can submit a model request.

If your headphone model is not yet supported, you can still use the SoundID app with our generic headphone profiles. For more details, see here: Using unsupported headphones
