Uninstalling SoundID Listen from app Settings
SoundID app has a dedicated uninstall button that can be accessed from the settings menu. To uninstall, go to SoundID Listen settings and click on the Uninstall SoundID Listen & driver button at the bottom of the Settings screen. This will uninstall the app with all its components:

If SoundID Listen is still listed as an available output device in Mac Sound Preferences after uninstalling, or any other serious uninstall issues arise, it is always possible to remove the app components manually using the Terminal app (Terminal is a macOS native utility app).
To remove SoundID Listen completely, launch the Terminal app and copy-paste both of the following commands into the Terminal window. Hit 'Enter' to execute each command separately:
macOS 10.14 Mojave (or lower):
- sudo kextunload /System/Library/Extensions/SoundID.kext
- sudo rm -r /System/Library/Extensions/SoundID.kext
- sudo kextunload /Library/Extensions/SoundID.kext
- sudo rm -r /Library/Extensions/SoundID.kext
