it is taking too long to finish this step

after measuring the signal it got suck on verifying signal and then waited about 3min it shows it is taking too long to finish this step. 

does anyone know what is causing this issue and the fix?

Hi Louie He, thanks for your post, sorry to hear there is some trouble with SoundID Reference Measure!

I noticed you had submitted a support ticket and you were able to finish the measurements successfully. Hopefully, everything else is working smoothly :)
