Unsupported headphones

SoundID supports a number of headphones, however, not all the headphones that the users may own have been listed just yet. This feature allows you to use SoundID even if your headphones are not on the list.

To select your headphones:

  1. Launch the SoundID app
  2. Log into your account
  3. Go to the 'Devices' tab
  4. Click on the headphone icon in the right corner
  5. Click on the '+ Add' button in the right corner
  6. Click on the '+ Add manually' button
  7. Select your headphone type and continue




With the headphones selected SoundID will allow you to proceed with the Preference Test, Hearing Test, and further customization options built into the app.
